I have owned this bike for 22 years and bought it as a bobber with the OEM 63 Mill and Tranny mounted in the wishbone frame. The frame is pretty much intact. Floorboard tabs and original horn brackets were removed. Sidecar loops still there. The neck wasraked before I bought the bike to about15 degrees and a gusset installed. I have never changed it.Because I didn't want to get rid of the frame I decided to retro the entire bike to my favorite year for color and tank emblems; 55/56. Over the years I have retro'd the bike to retain the nostalgic look with modern upgrades.It runs a belt primary and the engine venting has been rerouted outside of the primary case. It is a strong runner and is not a trailer queen. There is a very small amount of rust spotting on a bit of the chrome due to being on the Pacific coast six months out of the year. A change in life has found me not riding it enough anymore and I don't want it just sitting. It needs a new owner. The complete rebuild binder that I had compiled over the years was lost in my last move. Various spare parts will be included to the buyer. -1963 FL Panhead -STD Single Plug Heads, &S shovel style intake manifold -Wiseco 9:1 Pistons -JIMS solid lifters, &S Pushrods-S&S oil pump -Andrews J Grind Camshaft, imken Bearings -CCI External Oil filter
-Engine rebuilt and balanced, ases line bored 2008. All new internal parts throughout entire engine. Original flywheels, rank and rods retained. OEM heads replaced with STD.Transmission:OEM 4 speed with Andrews gears. Smooth reliable shifting.Karata 1.5" primary belt drive with dry clutch. Engine vent hose is routed outside the primary case.O-ring rear chain drive.
