1991 Custom 1200 Harley Davidson Sportster Raked

I have a 1991 Sportster 1200, nknown mileage, nd clean title reflects that. Bike has a nice custom real look blue flame on black paint job. Forward controls, ombstone tail light, wesome bullet headlight,custom grips. Offset passenger pegs so my kids could reach them. Couple dings, o chips in paint. Some areas of light surface rust on SOME of the chrome that comes ack every time I clean it off. 13° Rake, ot from cutting the neck, t was a purchased kit. Wide glide front end ( front end work was 2k alone). New front tire last year,( Metzler ) put on about 800 miles last year. Bike was completely stripped down and motor redone with new rings, istons, askets, tc... in 2008( have a couple photos from when it was done ). Custom Exhaust. ( needs re-wrapping probably ). Forward controls ( no mid controls at all ). Mounts for Saddle bags.

THE SEMI BAD:

Bike does have a couple issues: Every once in a great while, t will stall out, ut go down to idle when riding. If you let off the throttle, nd pull in clutch, et go to idle, nd give it gas, t picks right back up. It may be a fuel issue as the reserve no longer works. It just started doing this the last 1,500 miles, nd has done it maybe 4-5 times. The other issue is 1st gear sometimes sticks, just don't use 1st gear. ( it has been looked at twice by two great mechanics, nd they couldn't get it to do it to them, nd couldn't find anything wrong with it ). Lastly, t does have an electrical draw somewhere, f you leave it sitting, ot used for more than a week, he battery will likely be dead.

Like I said, t has some extras, nd the front end work alone is worth a bit. I'm going to list it with a reserve lower than what I really want, nd cross my fingers. She's been good to me for the 7 years I had her. I bought a Road King, ust hate to see her sit, he's still got a lot of life left in her, ut I'm not going to give her away either..
