2003 Harley Davidson Heritage Springer (FLSTSI) 100th Anniv Ed. Blk&silv Paint

I purchased this bike from boats n cars LLC out of florida. They were less than acting "in good faith" when they accepted payment" then told me that it wasn't a "50 state" bike. I now am unable to register the bike in the state of California. I am the owner of the bike (which was once owned by Paul Tuttle of OCC!!!) and signed off on the title. A bill of sale is all we need to complete and I have a very reputable shipper who I can recommend.. I had my bike in two weeks!I promise you that this is one of the cleanest, ow mileaged bikes (of the 1,500 ever made!) around.
So come grab a piece of history and help me right a wrong...
