2009 H-D Screamin’ Eagle Road Glide FLTRSE3

The 2009 model is the third edition of the Road Glide CVO hence the designation FLTRSE3. When this motorcycle first appeared in 2000 it featured distinctive, creamin’ Eagle heads on each side of its fairing which serves as inspiration for the paint scheme on this model which features ghosted flamed feathers in the accent stripes on the fairing, ank, ide covers and bags and more subtle Screamin’ Eagle heads on the fairing. One of the most significant upgrades on the CVO model is the 110 cc Twin Cam engine that produces 115 ft. lbs. of torque at 4000 rpm and features electronic throttle control and a self-adjusting clutch. It’s finished in CVO exclusive granite powder coat with chrome covers and features a new air cleaner cover with an exposed Stage 1 Screamin’ Eagle element. To achieve a lower profile composite skirts are added to the saddlebag bottoms, filler panel is added between the saddlebag and rear fender that incorporates LED stop/turn/tail lights and the front fender has been lowered about three-quarters of an inch. The inner fairing panel is color-matched and carries gauges with spun-aluminum faces. The hand and foot controls are from the Rumble Collection with matching mirrors, addlebag latches and passenger foot pegs and the handlebars are internally wired for a clean look. Other notable upgrades include a custom oil cooler with the CVO logo, rembo brakes with ABS, Smart security system, Harman /Kardon Advanced Audio System, n air-adjustable rear suspension, 8-inch Blade chrome wheels front and rear, chromed front end, chrome billet rear brake, hrome shift levers, hrome switch housings, chrome master cylinder and enough other chromed parts to keep this bike sparkling night and day. This particular example is finished in Stardust Silver with Titanium Dust and has been nicely upgraded with intercom hook ups, ighway pegs, QR luggage rack, QR driver back rest, R attachments for the passenger backrest, M radio, Klockwerks windshield, og Tunes speakers and an H-D air horn. It has been regularly serviced and it sounds just plain nasty ripping through its Cobra performance exhaust system.
