Classic 1978 Harley-Davidson FXS Low Rider
These classic Shovelheads are getting rare! Restoration on this bike was completed in 2010. Only about 900 miles have been put on it since then.
Here is some of the work that was completed;
Fresh Cobalt blue paint from House of colors.
The top end was rebuilt with high compression pistons bored .010 over, he heads were ported and new valve train installed, olid lifter Andrews high performance camshaft, &S E carb, igh flow/pressure oil pump, ll new braided oil lines and cooler, igh performance electronic ignition and coil. Custom exhaust. Its loud like a Shovel should be!
A new Barnett clutch with cable, ew drive chain and both sprockets were installed.
New lace wire wheels with new tires.
Chrome swing arm
New chrome wide glide trees
New chrome front calipers with brake pads and rotors. (this bike came factory with duel disc front brakes)and brake hoses. New chrome rear caliper with brake pads and rotor.
All handlebar controls are new chromed.
Forward controls
A lot of new switches and wiring.
Corbin seat
New shocks
There are also a lot of parts (new/original taken off items) that go with bike.
This Harley has been in my family since it was purchased brand new!
