2001 Harley-Davidson FLHTCI Electra Glide Classic Salvage Fixer Builder parts

This auction is for a 2001 Harley Davidson FLHTCI electra glide motorcycle. The bike runs and drives. We took photos of the bike and its damage. This bike rear ended someone and has extensive damage to the front fairing and fork area. The highway bar was damaged and did not allow us to turn the bike so we removed it. The small mounting tab at the top of the frame where the highway mounts is bent/torn. The right cargo box has some scuffs as does the bar that sits in front of it. The left front foot rest is bent also and the tank has some minor scratches/dents on the left side.

This motorcycle is sold as is with no guarantee or warranty. We have done our best to describe the motorcycle so if you have any questions at all, lease contact us first before bidding or buying. We do not offer a guarantee that the frame or chassis is straight. We do not guarantee that the battery will be charged, ost of the motorcycles we handle have dead or dying batteries and require a battery to start. We are open during general business hours and this bike can be inspected at any time but please call to make arrangements so we can move it out for inspection.

We have a California Salvage certificate on this motorcycle, hat including a bill of sale will be given in case of export to another country. We can arrange to have the motorcycle crated and delivered to port for export for an additional cost. If the vehicle is to be registered in California, e are obligated to turn the salvage certificate in to DMV and they issue the bike a number referred to as an Acquisition number. This number on a bill of sale will be given to the buyer. We are also obligated to collect sales tax on the vehicle at the time of sale. This process takes 7-10 working days to complete.

If the vehicle is sold to a buyer outside of California, e will provide the salvage certificate and bill of sale. The motorcycle must be arranged to be transported by certified transport company to an address outside of California to avoid paying sales tax. If you are an out of state buyer and pick the vehicle up from our address, ou will be required to pay sales tax. It is not legal to ride this motorcycle on any California roads until its registered so please done ask if you can fly in and ride it home.
