2007 Harley full custom bagger. Bike is a REBUILT SALVAGE, his was the only way to build an affordable bike from the frame up. Has been WISCONSIN DOT INSPECTED, assed, nd is COMPLETELY LEGAL.
Bike was originally a Roadglide but the front end was damaged so it was reassembled as a street glide. Frame was powdercoated, ew upper and polished lower fork tubes were used. The inner fairing is painted gloss black and the rest of the bike was custom painted black and marbleized gray with flames. There is a custom air brushed skull on the tip of the front fender. Tour pac is painted to match and has a quick release kit mounted on it, nd also has a bracket to hang it safely on the wall when not on the bike. I have a low profile and a two up seat, oth are pictured.
I bought a 2007 Screaming Eagle 110 cubic inch engine from a 2007 Ultra Glide CVO. THIS IS NOT A BOLT ON KIT OR CYLINDER HEADS, HIS IS A COMPLETE 2007 110 INCH FACTORY CVO ENGINE !!!!!
In order to use the engine I had to ditch the Harley ECM, t was replaced with a Thundermax fully adjustable ECM, hich allows you to plug in a laptop computer and change air fuel ratios and other adjustments. IT ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR COSTLY DYNO SESSIONS AT THE DEALER! This unit has wide band oxygen sensors which are far superior to stock Harley ones.
Has a biketronics adapter and a pioneer marine radio with a usb on the front. Main speakers are J & M Rokkers and a Hog Tunes tweeter pack has been added to the fairing.
When bike was rebuilt, heel bearings, rive belt, wingarm bushings, rimary chain and tensioner, nd many other normal wear parts were replaced. Bike had 33700 miles at time of rebuild, nd engine had less than 4000 miles. THERE ARE ONLY 7500 MILES ON COMPLETE REBUILD OF BIKE AND 11000 ORIGINAL MILES ON THE CVO ENGINE.
Bike has stock gas tank and side panels from a Ultra Classic, uel tank console area is billet aluminum and powder coated. Triple tree parts, rash bars, ll bracketry, loorboards, ear floorbords, addle bag hardware, nd many other parts are powdercoated black. Custom crash bars were made in the back to protect the stretched saddlebags. MOST PEOPLE REMOVE THE REAR CRASH BARS, 'VE NEVER SEEN ANOTHER SET OF CUSTOM LOWERED ONES. As men tioned the saddlebags are stretched 4 inches, hey are high quality ABS with HD lids. Billet aluminum latches are installed. The front fender is clockworks, ith no ugly rivets like a factory fender. There is an aftermarket filler panel and extension on the rear fender. Stock rear of was altered to remove ugly plate bracket and hardware and plate was moved lower on fender with a custom billet lighted plate frame., as Arlen Ness foot pegs and shifter pegs. A billet flamed shift linkage and aftermarket skeleton hand mirrors.
Bike has true dual equal header tube length exhaust, 1 inch DNA mammoth spoked front wheel. The wheel looks really cool because the huge spokes do not criss cross like a typical spoked wheel. The paint is show quality professional work and looks great. There are a couple scuffs on the saddlebag lid from boots but would buff off easily.
THE BAD: There is an oil leak from the rear cylinder gasket, here is a short in the right handlebar switches, t causes the radio to change settings sometimes when turning sharp right, nd the cruise doesn't work. The speedometer goes out from time to time. When it stops working the light, he idiot lights, nd the needle are affected. Usually if I turn the ignition off and back on it comes back on. The rear tire needs to be replaced. NONE OF THESE PROBLEMS ARE A BIG DEAL AND I'VE BEEN IGNORING THEM FOR THE LAST 3 SUMMERS! The speedo and radio thing are intermittent, he oil leak is very minor, nd I never used the cruise much anyway. I do understand that it will probably cost a grand in parts/labor to fix these problems and have started my price low for that reason.
