2002 HARLEY DAVIDSON ELECTRA GLIDE FLHTPI
NON-RUNNING PROJECT BIKE
This is an ex-PA State Police bike. It comes with a clean PA title. The bike is a PROJECT BIKE. It does not run. I will list most defects of the bike. If some defects are missed it is not intentional. This is a project and is being sold AS-IS. The motor is bad. It does spin and is not locked up. It has no compression. (see video below). When I received the bike I noticed the dip stick missing. So I drained the oil before trying to start it just in case it also had water in the oil. I inspected the oil afterdrainingit and it had no excessive metal in the oil or water. Upon trying to start it I could tellimmediatelyit had no compression. I checked both cylinders and they both only showed about 30psi. While cranking the motor I did not hear any other noises. I inspected the engine and everything appears fine no cracks or holes in the cases, eads or cylinders. The overall condition of the bike is fair. The bike does have scratches and chips from wear and from removal of the police stickers. The front fender is dented on both tips. The tank has a couple dents on the top. They are repairable. Everything is there for the bike except a windscreen.
