This is a real deal, ate 1970's chopper. This bike was built by Denver's Choppers, enver built a lot of Japanese motor choppers, ut very few Harley framed choppers. My understanding is that this is a very special frame, was told that Denver used to chrome plate the frame mounts only for special friends. This bike originally had a panhead, hich was removed long before I got the bike. The panhead motor, rame and oil bag in the pictures do not go with the chopper, hese are from one of my other bikes. I have an email from "Lil Freddie Hernandez" of Freddie's Frames, tating that this is a Denver's bike. Freddie was one of Denver's partners and he still operates a chopper shop today specializing in Springer front ends, e was also a painter and builder for Denver. The chopper frame does have some repairs and is not in perfect shape, ut it would be an easy fix and make a very cool bike. The frame has all the original paint, xcept for some touch up areas. I do have a title as a 1951 Harley, nd it's from 1984. The DMV must have incorrectly typed a 2 instead of an L, o the title reads 1951 Harley, IN 51F2H62XX. Without the original motor to identify the VIN, am not sure how this could be corrected. But, he title will be included with the sale. I absolutely hate title and VIN number issues, ut it seems like lots of old bikes have these issues over the years. Below is a link to an example of a Denver's chopper from Street Chopper magazine and an email I got from Fred. Thanks and ask any questions.
