2009 Dyna Fat Bob Low miles

This motorcycle has been in storage since it was purchased in 2009. I recently got it from a friend it only has 28 original miles. There is a small scratch on the tank and the gas cap is dented. Please view the photos. I took it to the local harley dealer and had the fluids changed last month. It is currently on a tender in the garage I don't ride it but I do start it up and let the engine warm up. There are no mechanical defects and the tires are still perfect the motorcycle is basically new old stock.
