This is a motorized bicycle customized to look like a 1907-1921 early motorcycle. It is modeled after Flying Merkle, urtiss, nd Royal Pioneer motor cycles. The motor is a 2 cycle motorized bicycle kit motor designed for installation on a bicycle or motorized scooter. The frame is custom built from a cruiser type bicycle donor bike. The bike runs and is reliable as I have ridden it to work for two years with only normal maintenance. It requires two cycle oil to be mixed with the gas. To start you just turn on the fuel valve, ull the choke up, edal to get the bike moving, nd release the clutch. It tops out at about 25mph and is quiet compared to most because the baffles haven't been removed from the muffler. I have had inexperienced people think it is an electric bike. The bike is not standard because I have installed a billet clamp on type sprocket to the rear whee, ail stand, nd built a custom tank none of which came with the bicycle motor kit. The bike is complete with functional girder or springer front fork and off white vintage looking tires. If you buy it now I will throw in an 1890's bicycle calcium carbide head lamp that attaches to the mount in the center of the handlebars. The lamp is broken and no longer functions but looks cool.
