This is my Daily Driver. VERY RELIABLE, fter 6 years of daily use, t's never given me a single problem. I got it in excellent condition, ith 19,000 miles on it 6 years ago. It had an upgraded ignition coil, mild cam, nd an S&S carb. Other than that, t was all stock, ery well taken care of. Fast forward 6 years of daily driven use, nd always parked outside. Odometer stopped working around 34,000 miles, ut I've probably put another 40,000 miles on it. I removed the bags, ufflers, ack, ear turn signals, rash bar, orn, nd maybe a few other things. I wanted it to look more like a 60's FLH (it does, eople constantly ask me what year it is).
THE GOOD;
It is a very reliable EVO Roadking for a steal of a price.
Just had a bunch of the engine head gaskets etc re-done, o it doesn't leak
Has a new leather Corbin single seat in great shape
Did I mention it's reliable?
The Bad;
Paint is faded
Rear fender is cracked in 2 places (still works. It's a fender)
no rear turn signals
front fairing has a crack
I do NOT have the original parts that have been removed
All in all, f you want a running Rat Rod Road King that's extremely reliable for a good price, his is it.
If you want a perfect, tock road king, his is NOT it. It is what it is, nd it's treated me very well.
