HARLEY DAVIDSON IRONHEAD SPORTSTER MOTOR ON DENVERS CHOPPERS FRAME

This is a 1975 1000 XLCH motor on a 1975 Denvers Choppers swingtail frame. The original HD frame was rear ended and ruined, ground off VIN numbers and junked many moons ago. I have the title to the bike, t matches numbers on motor. The Denvers Choppers frame does not have any serial numbers on it. Was a good running and shifting motor but has now sat for about 10 years. The oil tank is custom made; paid over 300.00, s designed to fit Paughco rigid Sportster frames. You can consider this either a piece of history or a piece of junk! Maybe a little of both! The rake accommodated a 6" over front end with a 21" front wheel and it sat nice and straight and low. It is missing the bottom front motor mount which was U-shaped. The neck cups are for Sportster necks to accommodate big twin front ends! You will have to change out the race in one of the neck cups because it has a fork stop in it. The rear wheel is 16" with brake assembly, have it on another protect right now just to roll it around! Rear fender is custom cut for project! This is a pick-up only auction!
