1971 Harley-Davidson Servi car

1971 Harley-Davidson servi car It is about 90% together need front brake work.front master cylinder and caliber. the rear master brake cylinder and wheel cylinder are new. need some wiring work,headlight battery on the front forks there are two broken bolt for the front fender.I have the fender the seat is worn and need some odd and ends parts to finish gas tank fender rear box have just been painted .there is surface rust on the chrome. handle bar and front wheel ect. there is 29,743 on the odometer not sure if It had work done to it I know the history of who owned it for 25 years before that it was a somerville mass police bike I sure they took good care of it.
