All vehicles are sold As Is Where is and no warranties are expressed or implied. We do offer extended warranties, hese must be purchased at the same time you purchase your vehicle. Extended warranties may not be availible on every vehicle simply call us for a quote and details. We do our best to ensure you will have a pleasant purchase experience but we always suggest buying an extended service contract because a vehicle purchase is a large investment.

Taxes & Fees:

Buyers in the state of Texas will be charged a 6.25% Vehicle Sales Tax and $175 Title & Registration Fee. This is something we can not change as we are a licensed dealer. Please know that any offer made or accepted on eBay is the sales price of the vehicle before taxes are added. If you live in a different state than Texas, ou will not be charged taxes through Texas Motorcycle Warehouse, ut you are responsible to pay taxes and registration fees in your own state.

Auction Policies

A $500 partial payment is due immediately. Buyer must contact our office within 24 hours of auction close. The balance must be received within 7 business days via wire transfer, ash, r check. All checks are subject to 10 day hold. All bidders with 0 or negative feedback must contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, our bid may be cancelled. If these terms are not adhered to, e reserve the right to relist or otherwise sell the vehicle.

Shipping Terms:

Buyer is responsible for all shipping. Check out UShip.com for rates from zip code 78216 to you.

Buyer Pickup:

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
