This 1997 XL1200 Custom Sportster is in really good shape and ready to ride. It was a local trade in at our dealership and had TWO local owners. The original owner sold it to his brother in 1999 and the brother has owned it even sense. The bike has a custom Performance Machine Air Cleaner with drag pipes. The front tire has 3/32nds of tread depth left and the back has 5/32nds of tread depth. The bike is carburated and runs like a champ! The custom front wheel really sets the bike off. The fenders are black and the tank is Smokey Gold/ Black. The bike was traded in and had 29,591 miles and the odometer was working. The odometer stopped working soon after the customer traded it in and we had to put a new one it in. The new one is an aftermarket odometer so the miles show 25. The actual miles is 29,616 however. There is a small chip at the bottom of the tank as seen in the pictures. Also, n the back fender is a small chip. Overall the bike is in really good condition and runs great!
