83 Harley Shovelhead, FLHT Electraglide - new top end, REAL Man's Harley

This auction is for a 1983 Harley Davidson Shovelhead. FLHT Electraglide. It is the last year of the Shovelhead motor. Has a dry belt primary. chain secondary. 6 gallon tank. new top end (Rings. gaskets). Runs great - electric start only. Front tire needs to be replaced. Mild apes. driver backrest. leather Harley tool bag. Chrome valve covers. windshield bag. 5 speed. I bought this a couple years ago and have changed it completely from when I bought it. It is the best bike I have ever owned. I have a bunch of accessories if the buyer was interested - trunk. fenders. original tank. My wife and I road almost every weekend and finally upgraded to a newer Road King with full tour package. so this has been sitting for the last 6 months. Yes. it leaks oil - the mark of a true Harley is the Harley that leaves its mark. Currently registered and insured with clean title in my name. Yes. you could ride it home. It gets lots of looks - people seem to like the old school look. Please ask questions if I didn't cover everything. This is a good bike that I hate to sell. but it is time for it to go. It doesn't have any gauges. so mileage is unknown. It has a very low saddle height for those of us with short legs.
