* * PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS * You are looking at my raked bagger project. The top end of the 127+" motor is apart and all engine parts have been purchased to get the motor together. Extensive headwork and machine work done by Sam's Performance in Charleston SC. Sam had custom valves made for it. and the flow numbers look great. The bike was knocked over in a parking lot and had some minor aesthetic damage. Very minor. While the top end was in the machine shop I started removing the body work since I am not into flames or stock body work. and that is about as far as I got. the damage was minimal but I had wanted to do a custom swept body job. I became partially disabled while working on this bike and have not been able to complete the work. Very sad. quite frankly. It has been sitting in my shop in the state you see it in these pictures for 18 months. I have held out hopes of recovering enough core strength to put it together. I am or was a full time Harley tech. and have built and sold a few custom bikes on eBay. check my feedback. The bike is a frame up custom. Raked frame has 7 degrees welded in. professionally done. Billet Trickey-Air Triple Trees with added 5 degrees of rake. Steers straight as stock. Pro One fork lowers. It has 2007 style rear saddle bag mounts and swing arm with a 180/18 tire. The swing arm has Sta-Bo bushings. The front tire is 120/21. Wheels and rotors and sprocket are matching by Southern Motor Works. This is a 127+" Ultima motor. The pistons are brand new. rings have been gapped. jugs bored. . 020 over. 48 mm Mikuni carb with flowed and machined intake manifold and force winder style K&N filter. Single fire ignition. Oil Cooler. V&H 2 into 1 shortened Pro Pipe. This has a small scrape in it but it is minimal-See the picture. Rear fender from 2007 Screaming Eagle RG. Sony stereo and biketronics amp. Cycle Engineering high output charging system. Chain final drive. HHI brake caliper on the front. This caliper needs painted cause it made contact with the pavement-See the picture. It has a brand new adjustable rake fairing mount and chrome lower fairing bracket-crash bar eliminator. very cool details. and not cheap stuff. As many USA made parts as possible. Klockworks tinted windshield. The saddle bags are 2010 OEM. Detachable sissy bar. Almost the entire bike was de-chromed or aluminum brushed. Transmission was rebuilt with new bearings and back cut Andrews gears. Original cases. Hydraulic clutch. High torque starter. The mileage on the frame and transmission is approx 8. 00 since the custom work was done. I am not sure of the original mileage on the frame but I was told it was under 20. 00. The title is mileage exempt. I know it was low. All AutoMeter gauges throughout. bright ultra white gauge lights. The shift light in the pictures is gone. Not included. It still needs a seat. front fender. a brake perch and right grip-See the picture. I think that is about it. I can't swear over every nut and bolt. but I have about everything laid out and it appears good to go. As far as the motor assembly: all the new gaskets. O rings etc should be there. and comes with the bike. I will box and label everything and photograph it. If you have any fab/build experience this is pretty simple. I was about to put the motor together when my health became compromised. so it needs labor to complete. This has been frustrating for me to deal with. so I figure it is best to sell it and move on. I can put the tank back on and the saddlebags. and box the motor parts etc. The exhaust and the outer fairing are off the bike as well. There is a ton of stuff done to this custom. and it would be an epic read to get it all in. I have over $23. 00 invested in this. Please feel free to ask questions. I will do my best to answer.
