1957 Harley Davidson Panhead Chopper

Selling my 57 panhead chopper. I built this bike for myself. and it is done correctly. . 010" over 74" 1957 pan. Fresh honed cylinders and new rings. Clean NJ title in my name. No special construction nonsense. Everything real HD inside. No case repairs. matching belly numbers. Heads were professionally machined back in the day for additional small plug on right side for dual coils. but holes are not used and are currently plugged. Fresh cut valves lapped into new seats. New crank bearings. flywheels trued. all new bushings in cam chest. new idlers. shafts and bushings. new tappets. rebuilt oem oil pump. Cases internally sealed against porosity leaks and assembled with oem replacement hardware. S&S super B carb with bronsonville carb support. Starts easy. runs beautiful. No noises. no smoke. New S&S cam cover. Stock cam. Rebuilt Harley 12v65a generator with new cycle electric regulator. New Dyna coil and cloth plug wires. Mallory auto advance ignition timer. Hardtailed straight leg HD swingarm frame. Stock dimensions. Vintage GME alien tank and one off teardrop oil bag with Spencer Getty paint (Spagetty's Garage) 39mm Mullins skinny triple trees. internal steering stop installed Trimmed. welded and shaved 39mm sliders. Stock length tubes. Stainless T bars Vintage Aris headlamp. High temp powdercoated matte silver. (Looks like cast aluminum) Same coating on pipes inside and out. Mid controls with Sanderson pegs And 5/8" master cylinder. Very strong. positive feeling brake. Fab Kevin polished then bead blasted stainless caliper mount and new caliper / pads. 7 metal west aluminum fender New avon tires on new (safe) 5 spoke invaders Hard luck designs hand tooled leather seat Polished stainless 12pt ARP hardware throughout bike. All chassis parts are in fresh mirror black powdercoat Hand built high mounted drag pipes. High temp matte silver coated with partial heat wrap / stainless banding. Fresh rebuilt ratchet top 4 speed with new Barnett scorpion clutch and N1 drum. Long stroker kicker arm with new S&S kicker cover. Paraffin dipped factory double roller primary chain. All cloth wiring. Crimped. soldered. and weather sealing marine shrink on all brass wire ends. Main breaker between generator and battery. fuse panel with fuses on branch circuits. Many hand made parts. Bike is available for local pickup. or can be crated for shipping. Buyer to pay reasonable crating charge. and buyer will arrange shipping if local pickup is not available.
