FIRST OFF. DO NOT E MAIL ME. PLEASE CALL LENNY AT 330)243-2337 FOR INFO as I am listing this bike for a friend. This is a RARE 1983 FXDG also refered to as The Willie G. This bike is the special edition wide glide that was only made one year. It was only sold in one color. which was maroon and is what this bike I am selling has. This bike has never been repainted. This bike has the shovelhead motor with both elec and kick start. It has dual disc brake on the front and a solid wheel on the rear. It has a twin belt drive. I have had the bike worked on to repair an oil leak (which no longer leaks) and the mechanic at Bobs Overkill Motorworks in Rogers Ohio stated the top end is in great condition. The bike is turn key ready for the road. There are no major flaws with the bike but there are small pebble chips and dings as can be expected for a 1983 model. The started had paint about the size of a silver dollap peel away and a very little bit of rust can be seen near the motor on the left side. It is minor so I will leave that up to the buyer to fix. (I didn't want to repaint it due to the fact it may cause the bike to lose some value. The battery is one year old. the front tire is new minus 40 miles and the back tire has about 75% good tread.
