Description

My name is Jerod Walter and I maintain a collection of new and vintage motorcycles for a private collector. The bikes are insured. registered. kept full of conditioned fuel. connected to battery maintainers and stored in an air-conditioned showroom. “Showroom Bikes” are kept in top running condition and are regularly ridden on short notice. The bikes are detailed and refueled after each ride before returning to the showroom. Riding bikes regularly keeps the mysteries to a minimum and allows us to stay on top of any issues that arise. From time to time we “thin the herd” to make room for new arrivals. In each case we try to tell the full story of the bike and post lots of pictures. I’m always available by phone to talk about the bikes and answer any questions. Offered from the Showroom: One-of-a-kind 2011 Harley Davidson Custom FatBoy Note from the Collector: I went through my Harley phase in 2011 when I bought four of them. Each one has been fully customized. Now there are just two left and I’ve decided that there’s only room in the showroom for one. Up for auction is a very unique 2011 HD Custom FatBoy with only 4653 miles. I bought it brand new in Northern California where it was customized and serviced by House of Thunder HD in Morgan Hill and then I shipped it to Wimberley TX in 2012 where Greune HD has serviced it since. As soon as I bought it I began customizing. First the power-plant. We added a stage-2 big-bore kit to make the stock 96 into a 103. Then we added a Screaming Eagle intake. a 58mm throttle body kit. 255 CAM. new pistons. Screaming Eagle heads and an EFI Super-Tuner kit. Top that all off with a V&H full exhaust with “short-shot” pipes. Now she moves like a raped-ape and sounds beyond bad-ass. Controls: Chrome controls. levers. and switches; new speedo with tach. passing lamps. chrome bezels all around. new turn-signals. etc. Street-slammer drag bars. diamond back clutch and brake cables. Chrome Navigator housing and HD Garmin Navigator. Standard floorboards replaced with forward controls with chrome stirrups. Front and rear end: Again. chrome everything: Swingarm. forks. sprocket bolts. beltguard. caliper brackets. axle nuts. you name it. Stinger wheels and rotors. too. Accessories: Chrome toolbox. license plate holder. luggage rack. docking system. windshield. backrest. solo-fender-bib. And finally the paint: We traded in the stock black with pinstripe metal for a custom. numbered paint set from Harley. The custom “Turmoil” paint set is number 123/200 ever made. Awesome and flawless. There’s not a scratch. nick. or chip on this bike…paint or chrome. It’s never been in the rain and never been outside at night. It has spent it’s life in a museum. The only flaw: it seeps a bit of oil from the bottom of the crankcase…a drop or two a week. I’ve never bothered to attack the problem…but you might. We have documented receipts for the customization work well in excess of $20K from House of Thunder HD. This low miles bike is ready to go and show. It would take >$40K and months of work to buy a stock Fatboy and bring it to this kind of special. Our reserve is reasonable and you can be rolling on this beautiful beast of a machine for far less before spring has sprung. Good luck bidding. We’re selling this motorcycle as is with no warranty and we require a deposit of $1. 00. 00 via PayPal within 24 hours of the end of the auction. This bike will include a clear California title. Full payment will be accepted through wire transfer. certified cashier's check. or cash in person only. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and pick up of motorcycle. Finally: you would be surprised at how many people place the winning bid on a motorcycle and then discover that they can’t pay. We’ve often wondered how that can happen. but it does. Please don’t bid unless you’re 100% sure you can and will pay. Please feel free to email any questions about the bike via EBay or don't hesitate to call me. Jerod at (830)237-7507. Good luck bi
