1984 Honda Shadow VT700

Here I have a 1984 Honda Shadow VT700 with 22. 00 miles for sale. The bike runs and idles but at about 3000 RPMS it starts to crack. not really sure what is wrong but i think its in the carbs. I can give a video upon request . Overall the bike is in pretty good condition. it is 30 years old so it is not perfect. The inside of the gas tank has no rust and is in great shape. It needs tires. Headlight is out of it but I have the headlight to put in. as well as turn signals to be put on. The bike has never been laid down as far as I can tell. The engine sounds really solid but like i said when revved up to 3000 rpms it cuts out. The bike drives great and shifts great as long as its under that 3000 rpms.
