This is a fully restored 1971 Honda CB750. completely disassembled and restored piece by pieceAll bolts. brake rods. springs ect were glass bead blasted and then zinc plated professionally with the very light blue shade. All chrome parts are either new or have been re-plated chrome. Frame and frame components such as the kickstands. battery box. engine mounting plated swing arm - etc. were Powder coated in gloss blackgauges have new face plated and were lubricated . handle bar switches rebuilt and painted. front brakes - master cylinder rebuilt. caliper rebuilt and new pads. rear brake shoes are in excellent condition. new spokes. rims and tires and tubesfront forks - new sealsNew Reproduction HM 300 ExhaustEngine was disassembled. then glass bead blasted and repainted correct cloud silver with PPG acrylic enamel. new rings. seals and of course gasketsduring reassembly all dimensions were checked for wear. all were found to be within tolerancesCarburetors were ultra sonic cleaned and rebuilt with new gaskets -o-rings etc. then synchronized Fuel tank was sand blasted to bare metal and then painted with the correct Candy Gold with the first stage silver metallic. and then the gold Candy. followed by several coats of Clear. Paint was allowed to cure for 30 days then sanded with 600 grit and decals applied. after 7 more days the decals were buried in several more coats of clear. then color sanded - cut - buffed and polished. nice new seat cover and painted pan. new turn signals. new peg rubber. new emblems. lots of new parts. some reproduction and lots of OEM Honda.
