Description

It's been ridden regularly for a few years when I first got it around 2010. but has not been ridden for the past couple of years due to moving to a new area. It's been kept in a storage unit. and I've made sure to start it up regularly as well. The bike has never been raced on a track. just ridden responsibly on trails. and it's never been wrecked as well. There has only been one previous owner before me. and he didn't have it long before his wife made him sell it. In the description I've listed it as a salvage title. however. I was only given a written bill of sale (signed and dated) when I bought it. I've replaced the tires about two times since I've had it. and the current tires still have plenty of tread. In the description. I've listed 25 miles. This is incorrect. as I have no way of actually knowing exactly how many miles it has on it. If I made a (very) rough guess. I'd say around 20. 00-30. 00. You be the final judge. however. It has an aftermarket kickstand. The front and rear sprockets have both been replaced. as well as the chain. The rear sprocket was changed out for a 51 tooth. instead of the stock 48 tooth. The bike always starts right up without too much trouble. Sometimes it needs to be kicked a few times if it hasn't been started in a while. Again though. it always starts up and runs good. All that being said. there are a couple of minor issues with the bike. Firstly. the weep hole spits out antifreeze when it's started up. The factory manual informs that this is caused by a faulty water pump. so that will need to be replaced. The second issue is the back rim. On this year model. Honda introduced aluminum spoke nipples. This type of nipple. while very lightweight. is also very easily stripped. Several of the nipples on this rim have had just that happen. They are completely stripped out and will not tighten. The rim should be professionally reworked before any serious riding can be done. Those two issues are the only ones I know of. Other than that. it's a great bike that's tons of fun!
