2012 CBR1000 RR 20th anniversary edition in mint condition

up for sale is my 2012 CBR 1000RR in mint condition. bike drives like new with no issues at all. I am the original owner. bought the bike with 1 mile in November 2012 break-in oil changes were done in the following way: first oil change was done at 300 miles second oil change was done at 600 along with a filter change. and third oil/filter change was done at 1200 miles. after that oil changes have been made with synthetic oil every 3k miles so you can be sure that this bike was properly broken in and as a result this bike does not burn an ounce of oil! Bike currently has 9080 miles. i would take it out once or twice a week for a late night evening ride so all mileage has been very easy on the bike. this bike has never been dropped or crashed. tires were changed at 8k miles so they have about 1k of use on them. i had the OE battlax s20 tires installed on it which in my opinion is one of the best street tire out there. it comes with 2 keys. manual and screwdriver tool. i have also installed the following upgrades and mods on the bike:- Rare Carbon fiber/titanium SC project CR-T exhaust (there is currently a 6+week wait time to get this exhaust from Italy) - Power commander V - Bazzaz Zbomb - Vortex block-off plates - K&N race air filter - StreetBikesUnlimted no drill frame sliders - Yoshimura rear fender eliminator - Yoshimura engine case sliders - OEM honda seat cowl + stock seat also included - IRC lowering link -1. 5 in - PSR adjustable kickstand - R6 throttle body - 2014 velocity stacks. - 41T rear 530 sprocket - Front brake pads replaced with OEM honda replacements - Bike was professionally Dyno tuned at blais cycle in Ft lauderdale when the power commander and exhaust was installed. as you can see the bike has about 2 grand worth of upgrades to it and in the condition that the bike is in.
