2012 Honda CBR600RR - only 1,644 miles

I'm selling my brand new CBR600RR that I just bought less than 1 year ago. The warranty is still active. The dealer had this leftover in the warehouse when I bought it, hich was amazing since this color scheme and body style is highly sought after. I just moved to FL from New England and due to extra expenses, cannot afford the bike... I'm taking a HUGE hit on this as it only has 1644 miles on it.
Title in hand. Never been dropped. Always garaged or at least covered at all times.
Oil changes (all conventional oil for break in):
Oil/Filter change at 60 miles
Oil/Filter change at 1026 miles
Oil change at 1450 miles (before winter garaged storage)
Oil/Filter change at 1644 miles
NADA values this at $8800 in mint condition and also states "mileage should be within or slightly higher than the average range," and this bike is well below that.
My credit union is called Aspire Federal Credit Union. They will finance at 2.9% interest if you have great credit, nd they get the paperwork to you within an hour or so, f you choose to finance.
