This bike is in great shape and runs excellent. Cranks on first attempt every time. I ride the bike weekly. It needs nothing and is always professionally serviced by local Honda dealer. There are a few things I would do to the bike, ut they are a matter of personal preference only. The one thing I would suggest would be add a spring seat versus the flat metal pan seat that is currently on it. The bike isn't perfect, ut it's in great shape.

Here's the story on the bike...
Purchased from an avid Harley rider who had purchased the bike for his wife to ride. He got the bike from a riding buddy who used the bike as a reliable back up bike to his very unreliable very expensive custom bike. He would take the VTX along on trips knowing he was going to have some sort of issue with the custom bike. Anyway he was riding the VTX completing a slow exit from a parking lot....sand...bike fell over and it got a nasty large dent in the tank. $1750 is the tank price from Honda so insurance totaled it... The guy bought it back with the intention of repairing it, ut ended up selling it to the guy I purchased it from. His wife thought the bike was too big for her. I was looking for a bobber project bike so I picked it up and now she has been transformed into this bad ass bobber.
