1977 Honda Gold Wing GL1000 9K orginal miles NR

1977 Honda Goldwing GL1000 with only 9100 miles on it, O RESERVE. Was a naked bike and then some one added the vetter front fairing. Bike has crash bars, ighway pegs, issy bar, nd luggage rack added to bike. The exhaust I also believe is an upgrade. Previous owner bought it in 2007 and drove it to 2013, hen parked in the Garage. I bought it for something to tinker with. Bike is very nice, nd I get compliments on it, specially when they find out how old it is. I do not know the complete history of the bike, o I assume the 9100 miles are correct. Drained gas, ut new battery in it, eplaced the following cables: clutch,choke, nd throttle cables. Bike includes original tool kit and owners manual. Also the original kick starter is still in its hidden compartment. Under the gas gauge is the glove compartment tray. Bike's chrome and alum is all nice. Bike was originally blue and they painted it a dark metallic blue, I would say paint is a 7 on a 1-10 scale. Sissy bar had two cracks in them, rewelded them off the bike and clear coated it so I would not ruin the chrome or look of the bike. I got the bike running and have rode it 5 miles. 4.5 miles on the odometer are mine. I have had the bike up to 55 mph. Haverepair manual that will gowith it. It needs carb work, s it is hard to start, ut the motor runs good and the power is all there.I think the idle jets need cleaned or the air valves needcleaned from forum searching. Bike will need new tires, think the original tires are still on it, nd they are weather cracked. This would be great classic bike to ride with or without the front fairing, would be a neat café racer with a massive motor if you wanted to go that direction.
