2013 Honda CBR250R Repsol Edition (Needs Motor)

2013 Honda CBR250R Repsol Edition sportbike (2394 miles on frame). Does not run. Needs a new motor or complete rebuild due to low oil.Fairings and exhaust have minor scratches. Also needs right rear turn signal. The tank is near perfect. Bike has title, o you can either get it running or it would be a great parts bike.
