2013 Honda CBR 500r low miles

Garage kept with only 1905 miles on the bike. It has several upgrades including:
1) two brothers exhaust with pro install
2)adjustable hand brake/ clutch levers
3)Gorilla alarm system with 2-way communication
4)flush mount led turn signals
5)led rear brake light with integrated turn signals
The bike is in excellent mechanical condition and does not have and problems. The title is clear and in my name.The only flaws are some scratches on the fairing,mirror but no cracks. I slid off the road when trying to pull off to the side. I was going under 10 mph when I fell. I removed the rear fender and added led license plate lighting for a better look.
