2007 Honda CRF250R - New Rebuild!

Up for sale is my 2007 Honda CRF250R that is in great running condition. I am simply selling this because I have no time to ride anymore. I just rebuilt the whole top end, hecked the bottom end, nd rebuilt the carb with new jets and seals so everything is in great shape. I did the rebuild to fix a valve issue only to not be able to ride a lot and have to sell it! I have proof of receipts of rebuild and old parts if necessary. I will list what is in the new build and what I have put in/on the bike below.
Max hours on new rebuild is 1 hour just to break it in. Have had no time to ride or put any wear and tear on the new build.
The rebuild was done by me.
