1999 Honda VFR800 Interceptor 4,500 miles!

Reluctantly selling a classic in its own time, 1999 Honda VFR800 . I bought from the original owner 3 years agoand have only put about 1,000 miles on it. I thought I'd never sell this beauty but I'm a disabled Iraq Veteran (2 tours) and health issues are forcing this sale. The mechanical and cosmetic condition are flawless with the exception of the speedo fluttering on occasion . My understanding is the pick-up sensor can get dirty and cause this but I haven't had time to look into it. There are 2 very tiny paint chips on the tank; I was able to get 1 pictured.

Otherwise this bike is nearly a museum piece, ith only 4,500 actual miles. Because it had been sitting so much, completed the following: all new fluids to include brake (DOT 4), ilicate-Freecoolant, nd Bel-Rayoil, ew filter, lus new K&N air filter. New Pirelli Diablo tires and NGK Iridium spark plugs. All cables lubed. I spent a lot of time and money making sure I had a safe, eliable machine to ride. The chain still has its original factory inspection mark! (see pic) . It came with Gen-Mar bar risers which are expensive but provide more comfort, nd the D&D pipe which allows the V4 sound to be better heard .

No other motorcycle has a Single-Sided-Swingarm, nd a V4 engine, et alone one with Gear-Driven-Cams! Plus it has the Honda Linked Braking System for added safety. I also have the original owner's manual and key with fob. Thanks for looking!
