Description

I purchased this bike in 2007 locally from the original owner, ho was in poor health and hadn’t ridden it in over 10 years. The actual mileage that was on it at the time was right at 3176 and I have driven it 318 miles. The first owner always kept it in his garage with a tarp covering it so that it would stay dry and rust free. It was set up like most 70’s bikes, .e.: Corbin king/queen seat, lack paint, igh handle bars and a sissy bar. Over the years I have been able to find all the parts necessary to bring this 3000 mile rare find back to original Honda Specs. I found the original seat pan and had it recovered with an after-market spot on like original cover. I also located a brand new NOS Grab Bar, eally nice handle bars and many other New parts including fasteners, irrors, andles, ight hand switch, ll engine gaskets & seals plus many other Honda items in my dedicated effort to make this bike as new as possible. I removed the valve cover, he side covers and had them buffed and powder coated.

As the pictures show the powder coating came out beautiful and now these aluminum pieces will never fad or dull out. I used PPG paint on the engine and the same shop mixed up the paint to match the Parakeet Yellow paint which is a spot on match. I also had the same professional body shop do the pristine painting. The side covers are painted yellow instead of the factory black which looks a lot better, ut I can exchange them for black if the buyer so desires.

I rebuilt the brake master cylinders and wheel cylinders but the brake pads, ires and frame paint are all original. The only items that needed painted was the kick stands.

I precisely adjusted the valves, iming chain, oints and timing. I had the carbs professionally rebuilt. The original exhaust is really nice and this bike starts quickly hot or cold. It runs really nice and goes up to the red line quite easily. The gauges as shown in the pictures still have the nice red lines which show how little this bike was driven.

Arthritis in my hands prevent me from driving this bike and the more I look at it the more I want to drive it. This is truly a very rare find. The engine serial # is CB750E 2516510 and the build date is 4/1975 If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me 309-657-3195, hank you, ohn
