1978 Honda Hawk cb400 twin

Honda hawk cb400 twin carb. Was parked about 8 years ago in good running condition and never put back on the road. Has been started or run since then. Needs a little TLC to get back going. Chrome is a little pitted and rusted but the seat, as tank side panels and rest of the bike is in good shape. I never had a title but do have an old registration from when I had it on the road.
