2011 Honda CB1000R FORMER AMERICAN HONDA PRESS BIKE. 6700 MILES. GREAT SHAPE

About me: I have been riding motorcycles for over 35 years. I have owned dozens of motorcycles. I have been on ebay since 1998. I am a reputable seller. My policy on items I sell is full disclosure. I don't like surprises.
About this motorcycle:
In a perfect world I would not be selling this motorcycle. I've owned motorcycles for over 35 years and this one, f the dozens I have owned, s one of the very best. I feel that the CB1000R is the perfect motorcycle for the street. It has a very comfortable riding position, uns perfect and the steering geometry (how the bike handles) is again perfect for the street. The fuel injected engine runs fantastic—the fuel injection, he mapping and the clutch all make this a wonderful carefree motorcycle for the street. Whether you are heading out for 2 miles or 200 this is a great bike for either.
Unfortunately the number of miles I put on a motorcycle has dwindled in the last year. I rode this great bike under 200 miles thus far this year. On the upside I have always treated the gas and kept a battery (trickle) charger on it.
I'm the second owner of this motorcycle, bought it directly from American Honda. It was a member of their press pool and was used by their advertising agency as a photo bike—they took photos of it for their web site. You can see by the VIN that it is one of the first ones made that year and it was made "right". I have the American Honda press fleet key designation tag on the bike.
This bike has never been crashed, r even tipped over.
After I bought it from American Honda's marketing dept, had it shipped up to Minnesota by truck from California. The shipping company somehow put some small scratches in the top of the tank. I have never tried to spot in paint to hide them better, r to buff them out. It might work.
I have an extra OEM Honda oil filter for the bike. I have only used OEM oil filters and Honda oil in the bike. I also have several extra keys for it.
This motorcycle needs a new rear tire. I have a brand new Dunlop for it, ut have not yet had it mounted.
My dealer is about 45 miles away and I fear that if I ride this motorcycle to get the tire mounted I will not want to sell it. Buyer gets the tire and can get it mounted.
Buyer to pay in cash or in a form which my bank (Wells Fargo) will clear, ithin seven days of auction close.
I will not ship the bike, ut I can make it available for a shipper to pick up. AMA members get pretty reasonable shipping rates.
