Description

1998 Black Honda Valkyrie GL1500CT – CUSTOM – PRISTINE!

$5K+ OF UPGRADES!

TONS OF GOODIES. Not a scratch. Babied. Adult owned. Meticulous maintenance.

This is a custom one-of-a kind 1998 Honda Valkyrie.

Over $12K invested!

Miles: 21,512 (original).

Original paint. No fading. No scratches. No dings. No accidents. Never been down.

2nd owner. I purchased this bike on 03/2009 with approximately 18K miles from the original owner in Las Vegas, V.

Mature owner (56 years old). Previous / original owner was in his 50s too.

TONS OF UPGRADES ($5K+). See detailed list below.

Chrome is flawless. No signs of any pitting, ading, r rust. This is an ARIZONA bike. (Previous / original owner lived in Nevada.) So it has never seen any snow / salt.

Always garaged / babied.

Please take a look at all the detailed pictures and judge for yourself. Need to see to believe. Everyone LOVES this bike. I get tons of compliments.

When I bought this bike, removed the windshield (sold it on ebay) and started to customize it – installing fat T-bars 1.5” (very comfortable); I love them. (I thought the OEM bars were uncomfortable; I’m 6’ tall.) The wiring was routed through the inside of the bars. I love the comfort of these bars so much, bought another set and put them on one of my other bikes.

Custom exhaust. Loud, ut not too loud. More like a growl. See more detail, elow.

The mechanical condition is flawless with no issues. Runs perfect.

Notes:

1. I believe these part #s and prices are correct.

2. I have most of the OEM / original packaging for these aftermarket parts … which will be included.

3. Also have a bunch of other parts, hich will be included.

4. Includes 3 keys, wner’s manual, onda service manual.

5. I considered stripping most of the AFTERMARKET UPGRADES off the bike and selling them separately on eBay; as a way of making more money than selling the bike as is with all aftermarket parts installed. I mean, kept almost all of the original packaging for the aftermarket parts;and I still have some of the OEM parts. So, t is feasible.(Yessss ... I realize you’ll never get all of your money out of upgrades / customizations.) However, simply can’t fathom doing that; the bike looks incredible / awesome just the way it sits. Hoping someone else feels the same … .

MAINTENANCE:

· Good tires. Dunlop.

· Healthy brakes.

· Newer battery.

· Paid Honda dealer $405 to install the custom cables, witch covers, nd levers.

· Paid Honda dealer $160 to install chrome cover on lower triple clamp.

· Only ran Mobil1 synthetic oil.

· Only used PREMIUM gas.

· Tons and tons and tons of receipts.

Nothing is wrong with this bike. I have 3 bikes. Just don’t ride this oneenough.A fact is … I only put on approx. 3K miles on this bike in 6 years. L

This is one beautiful bike. Needs nothing - runs perfectly. This bike has a ton of power – so in my opinion, t’s not a good starter bike for a NEW rider. Yes, his bike is heavy. Most big touring bikes are. But once it starts rolling it’s extremely easy to steer / manage; very comfortable. Once you get moving, he weight fades quickly and it’s very F-A-S-T.

Personally, believe baggers, ncluding the Honda Valkyrie, re U-G-L-Y as stock bikes (without customizations). So, iving them 'character' makes them significantly more attractive, n my opinion. If you compare this bike againstotherHonda Valkyrieson eBay ...NONE will have the same amount ofaftermarket parts. (Most are near stock! If that's what you are looking for and you like the stock look including the windshield, hen this bike is not for you.) You should factor in the value of these add-ons, ot to mention the fact that this bike is in SHOWROOM condition!!!

If you have any questions, lease don’t hesitate to ask.

Please … serious inquiries only.

Please ... no lowball offers.

I am NOT desperate to sell this bike.

Not interested in any trades. Cash only.
