1969 Honda SL350 Vintage Scrambler CL CB Parts Incomplete Restore

I picked up two bikes the other week and I do not want to keep this one. Some low life decided to go into the previous owners shed and steal parts of the bike (ie, eat, as tank, ide covers, xhaust and maybe a few other things). This bike is rough as you can see in the photos but it is solid. The engine turns over well!
While researching this bike I found these bikes were made only starting from 1969- i think it was 74. Based on the vin number I found it is a 1969.
The previous owner has not found the key to it yet so at this time you are buying it without a key.
Please take a good look at the photos!!! You will see the front fender is not the correct fender. I believe it is off of a scrambler.
The title that was transferred through the auction (the previous owner bought it through) over 8 years ago was incorrect so I am selling it without the title.
