Up for auction is the perfect Track Bike. This started life as a brand new 2007 CBR 600RR. It was taken to Homestead for a track day in full street trim -where it suffered a minor low side.
after the accident, t was claimed on insurance and taken to the dealership for a quote. due to the ridiculous cost of the factory head light/head light bracket/genuine factory plastics and parts (turn signals, irrors, tc) the bike was written off.... -despite the fact that mechanically, verything was perfect. The frame and swing arm do not have a scratch or rub mark on them. They were inspected by the dealership to be perfect. The engine too, nspected and pronounced absolutely perfect.
So, he bike was purchased from the Insurance Company and made in to the perfect track bike. It is fitted with Shark Skin body work, Vance and Hines exhaust was added, s were s/s brake lines and sintered pads. After this expense and effort- the bike went to two more track days and has sat ever since. Started monthly and kept on a battery tender.
