1977 Honda MT-125 R2, Racing Bike, Never Driven, Stored since new

One of @ 1500 built by Honda for 125 class Grand Prix racing.. One of @ 750 (+ or -) shipped to the USA. One owner all original.

I purchased it from the local Honda dealer in La Junta, o, fter it set in their showroom for 3 plus years. I purchased it at the same time I purchased a Suzuki PE 175T which is long gone. I intended to start the unit on January 1, 000. I decided not to do that and the motorcycle has been displayed at a shop in La Junta since 2010.

I broke a wing off of the fairing while moving it years ago. I have the broken section which will accompany the bike. I have the original spare parts box and parts, actory invoice to the dealer, ealer invoice to me and both the setup instruction booklet and owner's manual,which will also accompany the bike to the successful bidder.

The bike has not been started since it was uncrated and tested in 1977. I have kept the bike in climate controlled garages and homes since I purchased it. The motor has been rotated through at least 10 revolutions, to 6 times per year. The transmission has original oil in it. The front fender has warped over time. The tires are original and have been kept inflated for the life of the bike. Happy bidding!
