I am a retired Mechanic and fix up a few exceptional Vintage Honda Bikes a year. The most amazingthing is that the family ever offered this one for sale. It was driven by two engineer-student brothers through college. It has never been dumped, bused, eglected or mistreated in any way.
This bike has been restored cosmetically only. There were no mechanical issues to deal with at all. The last photo shows the extent I went to to improve the bike. Every chrome part was removed and buffed, s well as the aluminum parts and trim... sandblasted if that was the desired finish, olished if that was the finish. Only the rims were replaced because of surface rust. Even the engine was removed and sandblasted. Where refinishing was necessary (3 tablespoons of perfectly matched color followed by high-quality clear coat) the part was blended.
The only mechanical issue was the float-bowl gasket on the carb which was replaced, nd the fuel shutoff-petcock was rebuilt. New battery also.
Slight frosting of the chrome is present on the handlebars as well as the header pipes and there is one small ding on the bottom of one muffler. I believe it is in show condition currently...
This bike runs and drives like new and is in operating condition right now.
The tool it is there as is the Operating Manual.
$200 Paypal deposited within 24 hours of auction end please, he balance in cash on pickup or Cashier's Check etc. from a known financial institution.
More pics of the restoration will be printed and included with the bike.

Finally, erry Christmas, estivas or Humbug -- whichever is appropriate.
