1986 Honda Rebel 450 under 6,000 miles-very clean-freshly tuned

1986 Honda Rebel 450 in very clean condition. Fresh tune up(oil. ilter. ir filter. lugs) and carbs were cleaned. It also has a new petcock which is NOT vacuum feed. t is gravity feed so you have to shut it off when not in use. The previous owner got this bike for his wife to learn on and I'm guessing she must have tipped it on it's right side because there is a scrape on the right muffler and sissybar and I'm guessing the handlebars got bent because it has different handlebars which are a little wider and makes the cables a little too short so they pull when turning. I was not made aware of these things when I bought it on another online site and had it delivered. and I don't know how to change the cables or handlebars and the shops want more than I'm willing to spend. I did bring it in to have a new Pirrelli Route 66 front tire put on and it should have the rear tire replaced also. They were the original tires so there was alot of weather checking. This would be the perfect bike for someone looking for an easy fix if you have a little mechanical ability. It would also be a good Bobber candidate because it runs great. Just putting some straighter bars on would make the cables fit. I'd love to keep it but I can't do the work myself and shop fee's are just too high.
