1975 Honda CB550K, original motorcycle with only 9600 miles …

This 1975 CB550K was purchased new at Siegel’s dealership in Monroe. Michigan and owned by the same individual for over 39 years. It still has its original Candy Jade Green paint in terrific condition and only about 9600 original miles on the engine. It has been set up for cruising with a Vetter Windjammer SS fairing. setback handlebars. crash bars. luggage rack. and throttle control. All electric systems and gauges work as they should including the starter. All chrome is excellent condition for its age. although the wheel rims have some surface rust. The chrome on the front and rear fenders is near perfect. The other areas of the bike showing some cosmetic corrosion are the exhaust collars. the side stand and center stand. Rubber parts are in excellent condition and the yellow factory inspection paint is still there in the correct places. Front and rear Dunlop tires are still in decent shape. The original 4 into 4 exhaust system was replaced by a Jardine 2 into 1 system. (The 4 into 4 exhaust on these bikes were notorious for rusting out and OEM replacements haven’t been available for many years. ) The CB550 was sitting idle for a period of time. but after we cleaned the carburetors and rebuilt the front brake master cylinder. it now rides and stops well. Comes with the original Honda tool kit. as seen in the pictures. The original keys still have the key fob from Siegel’s dealership in Monroe. Michigan where the bike was purchased. The rear fender even still has the Seigel’s dealer sticker. We’ve included many high definition pictures of the motorcycle so its wonderful original condition can be easily seen. The fairing has a slight scuff on the right side as can be seen in the pictures. It has a clear. notarized Ohio title in the original owner’s name.
