1983 CX650T TURBO. BIKE IS MISSING UPPER FRONT FAIRING. WINDSHIELD. MUFFLER SHIELD AND LEFT MUFFLER BAFFEL. BIKE CRANKS OVER BUT DOES NOT RUN. IT HAS SPARK AND COMPRESSION. I DID NOT CLEAN THE FUEL SYSTEM. WILL LEAVE THAT TO THE NEXT OWNER. ALL THE LIGHTS WORK EXCEPT THE HEADLIGHT. THE HEADLIGHT THREE PRONG CONNECTOR HAS BEEN CUT OFF. WILL NEED NEW HEADLIGHT WIRE HARNESS. CLOCK WORKS. COMES WITH TWO KEYS. ALL LOCKS WORKS WITH SAME KEY. HAS HARD TO FIND GAS CAP. TIRES LOOK GOOD. WHEELS LOOK GREAT. SEAT IS PREFECT. INSTRUMENTS LOOK GREAT. FRONT FAIRING WAS NOT MOUNTED WHEN I RECEIVED THIS BIKE. SO I MOUNTED IT WITH HARDWARE THAT I HAD. OIL IS CLEAN. RADIATOR FLUID IS CLEAN AND GREEN. BIKE HAS 37000 MILES ON IT. MOST COMPLETE BIKE. BRAKES WILL NEED TO BE REWORKED. PAINT HAS PLENTY OF SCRAPES AND SCRATCHES. BUT STILL LOOKS PRETTY GOOD FOR BEING THIS OLD. FIX IT RIDE IT OR USE IT FOR A PARTS BIKE. BEING SOLD WITH BILL OF SALE ONLY. In 1982/83 Honda gave 1200 of these bikes to training schools and dealerships around the country in order to train mechanics on these TURBOS. So this bike may never have been titled. Garrett Honda in New Orleans caught on fire. The contents of the building was purchased by a friend of mine. This bike was in that sale. I bought this bike from my friend. When I got the bike home. the first thing I did was clean it. The oil in the engine looks someone changed it yesterday. very fresh and clean. The cooling fluid is the same way clean and green. I pulled the plugs and they look like they have about 10 miles on them. I pulled the crank cover plug in the front of the engine and turned the engine over with a wrench. It turns over fine. I put a fresh battery in the bike and the instruments came alive. The clock works and the dash lights work. I pressed the horn but it does not blow. Pressed the starter and the engine turns over great. I washed the tank out. the tank had old gas in it. Put the tank back on the bike. put some fresh gas in it (petcock leaks when turned on. does not leak when turned off) tried to get it running. but it would not start. The bike has spark. it is just not getting any gas to the cylinders. Got 2 new keys made off the code on the locks (one original Honda blank and one aftermarket blank). All the locks work fine.
