1976 Honda Goldwing with 1994 Motorvation Trailer

For sale is a vintage. original condition 1976 Honda GoldWing with after-market touring package that includes Windjammer fairing. Calafia trunk and Calafia "fat" saddlebags and a 1994 Motorvation utility trailer. Purchased from the original owner in 1987. I have ridden this bike for 28 years touring 43 of the lower 48 states. The titles are in my name and are free & clear. It has approximately 120. 00 miles. see odometer below. nbsp;with most oil changes at about 1000 miles. This motorcycle is not perfect needing routine maintenance and some repairs. including carburetor kits indicated by a rougher idle. I believe a couple of slow rpm jets might be clogged. Generally starts right up in any weather. if driven frequently. Above 3000 rpms performance is normal. Best fuel mileage per gallon is 44 without trailer and 39 with trailer. Rebuilt brake master cylinders and wheel cylinders with new seals and pistons. 1995Installed new water pump a couple of times. last time 1995. have a spare somewhere. Can't find spare right now. Installed new fuel pump. 1996Rebuilt front brake master cylinder by a professional. 1996Replaced key ignition switch. 1999. replaced by mistake. just needed a new batteryDisassembled and cleaned carbs several times. last time 2006. ridden consistently since cleaningReplaced spoke wheels with Goldwing 2nd generation aluminum wheels. 2008. much smoother ride with less vibration at high speedsCleaned brake wheel cylinders. 2008. driven consistently since cleaningInstalled part-bike's headers and muffler with new copper seals and new header-to-muffler gaskets. 2008Installed 3 speedometer cables. last time 2008. failed again in 2010. It is a list to the best of my knowledge. )Rebuild carbs with new kitsReplace both tires (front tire is an immediate need before driven home. )Troubleshoot rear brake system including master cylinder. I've lost rear brake pedal. On simple side. it might need fluid. But. it might need a rebuilt kit. Front brakes work fine. Install center stand from parts bike (assuming you purchase parts bike separately. see below). Side stand works fine. Install speedometer/odometer from parts bike (assuming you purchase parts bike separately. see below) and/or new speedometer cable. (Note: 105. 00 miles show on odometer. actual miles are estimated to be 120. 00 miles. )Troubleshoot rear air shocks. The O-rings probably need to be replaced. These are the higher-end shocks that do not require air to function. But. currently travel is limited. Perform complete routine. systematic maintenance based on manuals. Three (3) service manuals included are a copy of Honda factory service manual. Clymer manual and Haynes manuals. From February thru June 2014 this was my primary means of transportation and daily driver. it is very reliable. I am giving up motorcycling to minimize risk of injury because I am 55 years old and have a 12 year old daughter. Now is just time to stop riding on 2 wheels. Motorcycle and trailer are sold "As Is".
