2002 Honda Reflex 250

I have a Honda Reflex 2002 with 14885 Miles on it. I had the Stater. Belt. Battery. Bearings. and Rear tire replaced last summer. I was going down the highway and the bike just shut down on me. I took it to a local dealer (shop) and they said they wasn't sure what it could be. They wanted to charge me to tear everything down on the bike over 1000. 00. I don't have the money to do that. I'm not sure what it can be. It could be anything. I really don't want to get ride of it. but don't have a choice at this time. I can deliver it for a fee. depending on arrangements after sale. I can't locate the title at this time. It was lost in a move. I can provide a bill of sale if needed though. If you have any questions. please ask.
