CONDITION: Great! Plus. in the last year. I have invested about $2K in the bike - just had new S&S seals from top to bottom including the rocker boxes and the lower primary. Tires are almost new with less than 1. 00 miles on them. No mechanical issues. runs like a champ. Cosmetically it is in nice shape as well. it was well cared for. always garaged and was put in heated storage over all winters of the bike's existence (even previous owners). It does have a couple of minor dings on back side of the front fender (near the bottom. nbsp;see pic) that happened with previous owner when it caught on a trailer ramp while unloading. but other than that nothing major other than being a bike that was responsibly ridden for 13. 92 miles. It's never been down or dropped. and has been regularly serviced and responsibly maintained. It's not a showroom mint bike. but it still looks stunning and is a real head-turner (see for yourself in the pics). No warranty. sold as is. buyer's responsibility to inspect bike before purchase. FEATURES: This is one of the limited edition Centennial Chiefs. #184/2001 finished in a sharp two-tone Black and Gold. This bike has the S&S twin 45 degree V-twin engines. 1442 cc with 5-speed transmission. It also features the commemorative 100-year clutch inspection cover (see pic). I added a Lindy Custom "Linbar" Highway bar with O-ring footrests. Also ditched the pegs and got floorboards for passenger seat. Has the Centennial saddlebags (capacity. approx. 16" long x 11" tall x 4. 5" wide). stock windshield and two-up seat with backrest/sissy bar for added passenger comfort. I will also throw in a couple of additional parts that I bought with intent to put on this bike to give it a different look from time to time (a gold warbonnet Chief front fender lamp and a gold/chrome warbonnet air cleaner cover - see pics). The 2-in-1 exhaust has a great rumble to it. one of the louder bikes I've owned. they'll hear you coming. Also comes with original owner's manual. HISTORY: This bike has an interesting past. A little 92-year-old lady won this on a slot machine at an area casino. then immediately sold it to her nephew (in his mid 60s). who then put only 2300 miles on it in 10 years. I am including the prize poster the previous owner gave me when I bought the bike. Poster is 2 feet x 3 feet and is affixed to a piece of poster board. It isn't in perfect shape (lays flat but has some minor damage here and there - still a cool display piece. and I feel it is an important piece of the bike's history and needs to go with the bike. The poster says it is bike limited edition #185. but the bike is actually #184 (see pic of badge on bike. and note VIN #). Must have been a poster mix-up at casino I guess. as they had these as prizes at a few casinos in 2001. I bought this sweet ride in 2011 and have really enjoyed it. I have rode it from St. Paul. MN. to Sturgis rally twice and also a couple trips to the UP Michigan. I wish I could keep it but have to sell due to financial and space constraints.
