1977 Kawasaki KZ1000A1 KZ 1000 LOW VIN Runs great 99 % original

This auction is for a very nice mostly original 1977 Kawasaki KZ1000A1 . I picked up this KZ1000 from the original owner who took very good care of this bike. If it doesn't meet my reserve I will keep it and ride it this summer. This is one of the nicest KZ1000s I have seen in along time. It still has the original exhaust . the left side muffler had the chrome flake off it about ten years ago but is very solid and could be rechromed . The same thing happened with the rear fender. Kawasaki must have had an issue with there chrome that year. The seat has a small split in it and should be recovered . The paint is in excellent shape with no dents or bad scratches. The original air box is still intact along with the tool kit. There is a sport fairing on the front that looks real sharp and was told it was from a BMW "S" model with turn signals but was painted to color match. There is a scratch in that and the engine ignition cover where it fell over at one point in it's life. I have a clear signed title in hand. The engine # is KZT00AE007833 and is the original motor.
