1982 Kawasaki GPZ750 is in awesome condition for its age! This bike speaks for itself! The bike starts and runs great!I believe this bike to be about 90-95% complete and correct although not original. If any experts want to verify that I will gladly update the listing! I will try my best to describe the bike in detail over the next few paragraphs but please feel free to ask any questions that I may not of covered.
Front End:
The handle bars are nice and straight. The gauges are nice and clear and intact. The throttle clutch and brake levers and cables all move smoothly. The forks do not leak and arecompletelyoperational. The front brakes work well and appears to be in great shape. The front rim is nice and straight and polishes up beautifully. The front tire is in good shape and holds air fine. The front fender is nice and straight and intact. The front fairing and mounting brackets come with the bike but are not included in the pictures. The fairing has several scratches and scuffs but is not broken or cracked.
Engine:
The engine starts right up with the choke but is cold blooded as many of the GPZ's are. The carburetors have been ultrasonically cleaned and a new plugs installed. A very clean motor for its age. The exhaust is intact and has little or no rust and sounds great!
Body:
The body is in great shape and overall very nice. The seat foam is in great shape and the seat cover has no tears or rips. The rear tail piece is in great shape. The tail light is in excellent condition with no scrapes or breakage. Overall a very nice and cool bike!
Rear End:
The rear rim is in great shape and the rear tire is in great shape and the tube is brand new! The rear brakes work well. The chain guard is in overall great condition. The rear shocks are in great shape.
Electrical:The headlight and tail light work as expected. The wire harness is intact and has a few noticeable splices but nothing major.
Overall the bike is in great riding condition and a blast to ride around! This is a great example of a vintage Kawasaki!
