Clean 2005 Kawasaki KLR250D dual purpose enduro

Up for auction is a clean 2005 Kawasaki KLR250. This is being listed for a friend. He is soon to be married now has a longer commute to work and the motorcycle no longer fits his needs. This is a tremendously fun fuel efficient bike! It is sure to make the winning bidder happy.

The bike has had no accidents runs well and has been professionally maintained. Only the typical wear fromless then 3000 miles use is visible. Scuffs near the footpegs and side shrouds from shoes while kick starting. It was used primarily for a commuter on city streets. The bike was not trail ridden and aside from some gravel roads wasnot used off paved roads.

When the motorcycle was listed it was not in my posession. Now that it is there are some details that have changed.
The bike has been on the ground. On the right side the throttle grip is torn. The front fender has a little tweak as well.
Unfortunately someone has painted all the plastic. It actually does not look bad. Within a few feet it's not noticeable. Some over spray on the front fender and tail light gave it away. Please see the added photos.
Mechanically the bike is excellent! It starts in a couple kicks and goes down the road really nice.
