Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter 1500

I have my 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter 1500 for sale. I have a clean title. It has 28,512 miles the day of this posting.This bike runs very good and has a lot going for it such as newer Perelli tires, ard Osprey saddle bags, uggage rack, up seat, arley fairing, assenger back rest and passenger floor boards. It also comes with a hard trunk, nd leather luggage bag, nd some other miscellaneous accessories etc. I was planning to paint it and replace some stuff, ut figured whoever purchases the bike may not like the paint colors I choose etc. and would prefer a lower purchase price.
My bike has the following flaws/issues hence the lower price compared to other Drifter 1500's on craigslist and ebay.

1) Paint is purple with paint imperfections in several areas (bike has never been dropped, nly paint flaws)
2)Speedometer does not work (All other gauges do work ie. mileage, as, ummy lights, irectionals etc.)
3)Minor oil leak from top of engine(not enough to need to add oil between changes, nd only noticeable after extended freeway trips)
4)There is an audible whine from the stator/clutch area during deceleration. It may be something very minor, ut I have just decided to sell the bike at this time. (voltmeter shows battery still is charging properly ie. between 13-14.3, nd bike shifts fine and no clutch slippage)
